Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 5 days. We will verify your appeal and contact you back regarding the issue. (We reserve the right to deny any return/defect appeal)
Items Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times (1-2 weeks). Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 16 business days, you can contact us and we will deal with replacements/refunds.
Returns
We accept returns for refunds. If you are not satisfied with your product, you are eligible to return the product within 5 days after receiving it. To do so, kindly get in touch with us on our contact page. Once again, you will send us an appeal with video showing defect or what is wrong, and we will contact you back. We reserve the right to deny appeals.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Customthreadz.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, CustomThreadz will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
